You'll own the end-to-end performance marketing engine across paid and lifecycle channels for a beloved cookie brand. Your work will directly shape customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while scaling growth with a 4-day work week.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define acquisition, retention, frequency, and LTV goals.
- Oversee paid media strategy across paid social, search, and app install.
- Lead lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push, in-app, and loyalty.
- Drive adoption of CDP and optimize targeting and personalization.
๐ Requirements
- 8โ12+ years of performance/lifecycle marketing experience.
- Experience owning paid media strategy and budgets.
- Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional partners.
- Strong data-driven mindset with performance metrics expertise.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in ecommerce, QSR, or digital-first brands.
- Prior team leadership and mentorship experience.
