You'll own the end-to-end performance marketing engine across paid and lifecycle channels for a beloved cookie brand. Your work will directly shape customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while scaling growth with a 4-day work week.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define acquisition, retention, frequency, and LTV goals.
  • Oversee paid media strategy across paid social, search, and app install.
  • Lead lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push, in-app, and loyalty.
  • Drive adoption of CDP and optimize targeting and personalization.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“12+ years of performance/lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Experience owning paid media strategy and budgets.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with performance metrics expertise.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in ecommerce, QSR, or digital-first brands.
  • Prior team leadership and mentorship experience.
