💼 About This Role

You'll architect and maintain data products (dbt models, Looker) enabling data-driven decisions for a mission-driven startup. Your work will drive self-service BI at scale and mentor fellow engineers. You'll build ELT pipelines and influence strategy for a robust analytical roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain dbt models, pipelines, and Looker explores
• Build and maintain ELT pipelines from source systems
• Drive strategy and execution of analytical roadmap
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering
• Advanced SQL skills with 5+ years in Snowflake or similar DB
• Expertise in data modeling and ETL/ELT (dbt preferred)
• 10+ years experience with modern BI tool (Looker preferred)

• Experience with software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing)
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with technical/non-technical stakeholders
