💼 About This Role

You'll join GOAT Group's Operations team to resolve issues with sneaker orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery. You'll handle order triage and customer communication to maintain trust. This role is critical for keeping our global marketplace running smoothly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers for resolution
• Ensure orders in fulfillment flow are resolved and shipped same-day
• Pick shoes from inventory and process returns and orders
• Take accurate photos of sneakers quickly

📋 Requirements

• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Background in dealing directly with customers and suppliers
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours)
• Ability to lift boxes up to 35 pounds
