You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Buyer Operations and Support teams, overseeing supplier workflows and purchase order lifecycle to ensure high fulfillment standards. Your core impact will be removing operational friction, scaling efficient processes, and driving strong fulfillment performance across our global marketplace. You'll also develop a high-performing team focused on supporting and retaining our suppliers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Buyer Operations and Support teams.
• Oversee end-to-end purchase order lifecycle from supplier placement to arrival at quality hubs.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and meet service level targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Logistics, and other global teams.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Experience with purchase order management and supplier operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and logistics tools.
• Strong communication skills to navigate global stakeholders.
