You'll lead chip bring-up, validation, and debug of a cutting-edge AI inference accelerator, working on high-speed interfaces like PCIe Gen5 and LPDDR5 at d-Matrix's Santa Clara HQ. You'll collaborate across hardware and software teams to drive innovation in generative AI hardware.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute chip bring-up and validation of AI accelerator chiplets
• Develop test scripts and embedded firmware for high-speed interfaces
• Create automated randomization and self-checking post-processors
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams on debug

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
• Familiarity with high-speed serial protocols like PCIe Gen3/4/5
• Experience with high-speed memory such as LPDDR3/4/5
• Excellent debugging and cross-functional communication skills
