Description

You will enable clinical decision-making and execution of the company's clinical strategy through data analysis, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership. Collaborate with teams to drive strategic and operational initiatives, optimize processes, and support external communication of clinical programs.

Requirements

• MD or PhD with 2+ years biotech/pharma industry experience, or MS/MBA with 4+ years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to synthesize complex medical concepts
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly organized with strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects
• Thrives in fast-paced environment; willing to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Strategic Excellence team to develop and execute clinical strategy
• Drive analysis and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data, including clinical trial data and competitive landscape
• Partner with cross-functional teams to inform strategic recommendations with data-driven insight
• Optimize processes within Clinical organization to enable program execution
• Support external communication about clinical programs, including data releases and presentations
