You'll lead enterprise SaaS implementations for advisory clients, driving adoption and business impact. You will build and develop a high-performing team of implementation professionals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing implementation team.
• Design and implement enterprise SaaS solutions for advisory clients.
• Develop and execute change management strategies during implementations.
• Manage complex implementation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within implementation.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
• Deep understanding of change management principles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading implementations at Advisory firms.
• Prior Big 4 experience.
• PMP or change management certification.
