Description

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex server hardware and firmware issues in our data center, working closely with R&D and vendors. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, creating documentation and improving support processes while contributing to cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• Knowledge of data centers and server equipment
• Deep knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting experience
• Advanced Unix/Linux and command line skills
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis
• High proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging firmware and hardware issues with servers
• Manage hardware problems, workarounds and solutions
• Act as subject matter expert and escalation point for team members
• Create processes and documentation for IT hardware team
• Collaborate with R&D to improve hardware designs
