Description

You will lead Stripe's APAC product organization, managing a team of product managers to scale the regional strategy and deliver financial technology capabilities that drive growth and adoption across APAC markets. You'll partner with engineering, design, operations, policy, sales, and business development to define and execute market-specific priorities.

Requirements

• 15+ years product experience with at least 3-5 years managing managers or senior PMs and leading multi-market initiatives.
• Deep experience building or scaling payments, fintech, or developer platform products across multiple countries, ideally within APAC.
• Strong track record of hiring, coaching and developing PM managers and building high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and ability to work across multicultural teams.
• Ability to be hands on with technical products, prototyping and building applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the APAC product management organization; build a high-performing, diverse team.
• Define and drive APAC product strategy translating company and global product strategy into region and market specific priorities.
• Own outcomes and delivery for APAC initiatives partnering with engineering, design, data, operations, legal/regulatory, and GTM teams.
• Ensure product decisions reflect deep understanding of local payments rails, regulatory environment, consumer and merchant behaviors.
• Partner with regional leaders in Sales, BD, Ops, Risk, Legal and Policy to unblock launches and grow business.
