🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers for messaging infrastructure
• Own technical strategy and roadmap for high-volume messaging systems
• Oversee Flow Builder, campaign delivery engines, and core platform components
• Manage on-call operations, incident response, and postmortems
• Define and improve internal platform standards and support models

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in engineering leadership managing engineers and technical teams
• Experience leading teams for large-scale, high-volume distributed systems
• Strong background in platform engineering or internal developer platforms
• Experience managing operational excellence including on-call rotations and incident management
