💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Smart Signals team to deliver fraud detection signals for a globally remote company. Your work directly impacts revenue as you ship new signals. You'll shape detection strategy against evolving threats like agentic AI attacks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 1:1s, performance calibrations, career development, and hiring.
• Own sprint planning and roadmap delivery with scope and quality tradeoffs.
• Review designs and challenge architectural decisions in the signals stack.
• Represent Smart Signals in cross-team technical discussions.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing a team of 8–10 engineers.
• Technical depth in production backend systems.
• Delivery track record with concrete outcomes and numbers.
• Cross-functional collaboration with PMs and research partners.
