Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel handling acute, chronic, and well visits, treat patients in-office or via telehealth, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and supervise NP or PA colleagues. This role offers opportunities for continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and performing in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits

• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
