💼 About This Role

You'll provide IT support for Rover's European workforce, handling help desk tickets and on-site hardware/software issues in our Barcelona office. Your work ensures a seamless employee experience in a 100% cloud-based environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer, prioritize, and resolve Help Desk tickets
• Provide on-site support for laptops, A/V, and copiers
• Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks with HR
• Implement and lead AI usage initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of corporate IT Help Desk experience
• Hardware/software support on Macs and Windows laptops
• Experience with Okta, Google, Atlassian user administration
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Apple Genius Bar or similar experience
• Experience with ITGC initiatives (SOX, PCI, CCPA, GDPR)
• Familiarity with AI usage in enterprise applications
