You'll shape the evolution of Airwallex's global payments platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to define problems and goals, map user flows, and launch new products. You'll have true ownership and impact in a rapidly growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with PMs, engineers, and writers to define problems and goals
• Indirectly lead design teams as creative director of innovative projects
• Build relationships with leaders across core product teams
• Understand research, business, and user constraints

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design
• Excellent UX, visual and interaction skills
• Ability to define direction and lead others through it
• Experience with making complex information easily digestible

✨ Nice to Have

• 0 to 1 experience or experience redesigning major product elements
• Systems-thinker with ability to design for offline experiences
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
