Description

You will develop and execute strategic sourcing and supply chain plans for the Starlink program, managing contract manufacturers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. You'll negotiate contracts, oversee day-to-day operations, build project budgets, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years supply chain/production/engineering experience (or 10+ years without degree)
• 2+ years procurement in high volume contract manufacturing (preferred)
• Experience in consumer electronics manufacturing supply chain
• Strong understanding of NPI and mass production processes
• Experience negotiating contracts with suppliers

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis to formulate strategic sourcing plans
• Build and own overall project budgets and negotiate capex with contract manufacturers
• Manage supply base with forecast and clear-to-build models
• Oversee contract manufacturer's day-to-day operations and material readiness
• Develop supplier scorecards and report performance to leadership
