Description

You will develop and maintain the quality management system for Starlink Aviation, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and FAA Part 21. You will perform audits, analyze QMS data, and lead continual improvement initiatives to support the production of Starlink user terminals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or STEM discipline
• 1+ years experience in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing (internship applicable)
• Thorough knowledge of AS9100 and FAA Part 21 (preferred)
• ASQ-CQA-RAB certified lead auditor or equivalent training (preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours/weekends

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the quality management system for Starlink Aviation
• Provide management system training and guidance to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards
• Assess business processes and products through internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100
• Utilize corrective and preventive action processes to address non-conformances and drive improvement
• Support internal, vendor/supplier, and external audits, including FAA hardware and installation conformities
