You'll manage store operations and lead a team to deliver an incredible customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You'll support product flow, visual merchandising, and training development. This role combines leadership with hands-on retail execution in a growing western brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cultivate genuine customer connections and brand ambassadorship
• Support store leadership in recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent
• Deliver world-class in-person training to new team members
• Execute visual directives and maintain store presentation standards

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years retail management experience
• Available to work 15-25 hours per week including weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly
