You'll build high-quality integrations between G-P's platform and third-party HRIS systems like ADP and Workday. You'll own components of a public API platform and contribute to serverless microservices architecture. This role offers the chance to work in a remote-first global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party HRIS systems.
• Design and develop services using serverless, event-driven architecture.
• Own and enhance public API platform components.
• Translate product requirements into workstreams and sprint stories.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams.
• Strong command of serverless architectures with AWS SAM/Lambda.
• Deep experience with NoSQL databases specifically DynamoDB.
• Experience designing REST APIs and event-driven patterns with AWS EventBridge.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with third-party HRIS integrations (Workday, SAP, ADP).
• Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
