🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily tower crew activities for safety and productivity
• Climb and work on communication towers up to 500 feet
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas and cables
• Interpret construction documents and RF specifications

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in wireless tower construction
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional certifications like NWSA, Hazcom, or RF Safety
• Proficiency with GPS and site audit tools
