💼 About This Role

You'll join Insomnia Cookies as a full-time hourly MIT at our Oxford store, supervising and coaching team members while ensuring excellent customer service. You'll lead onboarding, conduct interviews, and support store operations in a fun, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• Ability to utilize MS Office and Applicant Tracking System
