You'll own research strategy for a complex, fast-moving product area at Anthropic, a leading AI company. By setting the research agenda and running mixed-methods studies, you'll ensure user understanding shapes product decisions. You'll deeply leverage AI tools in your workflow and build custom methods for emerging interaction paradigms.

• Set research agenda for a product area with fuzzy strategic questions
• Design and run mixed-methods research at varying fidelities
• Keep product teams close to users through rigorous channels
• Develop new research methods using AI for unprecedented insight

📋 Requirements

• Industry UX research experience including ownership of research strategy
• Track record of research shifting product direction at strategy level
• Deep mixed-methods expertise—qualitative and quantitative
• Data fluency to query data warehouse and build dashboards

• Experience building research tooling or prototyping
• Advanced hands-on AI use in research workflow
