Description

You will own Contentful's documentation strategy end-to-end, managing a small team of Technical Writers to elevate quality, consistency, and discoverability. You'll drive high-quality documentation, localization strategy for UI and documentation, and build customer feedback loops to continually improve the knowledge base for developers and marketers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of Technical Writers
• Develop holistic documentation strategy covering processes, tooling, delivery frameworks, and customer-feedback loops
• Produce industry-leading technical content including API documentation, release notes, how-to guides, and FAQs
• Own localization strategy for product UI and documentation to ensure global accessibility
• Build mechanisms for customer feedback to guide documentation improvement
