You will apply industrial-organizational psychology principles to design, evaluate, and maintain companywide recruiting programs and selection processes at Roblox. You'll conduct job analyses, partner with recruiting teams, and use evidence-based research methods to ensure fair and effective hiring practices.

Requirements

  • PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
  • 2-4 years applied experience in selection systems or organizational research
  • Strong grounding in job analysis, competency modeling, and selection design
  • Ability to interpret data and collaborate using R or Python
  • Experience with ATS like Greenhouse and selection vendors like CodeSignal is a plus
