Description
You will apply industrial-organizational psychology principles to design, evaluate, and maintain companywide recruiting programs and selection processes at Roblox. You'll conduct job analyses, partner with recruiting teams, and use evidence-based research methods to ensure fair and effective hiring practices.
Requirements
- PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
- 2-4 years applied experience in selection systems or organizational research
- Strong grounding in job analysis, competency modeling, and selection design
- Ability to interpret data and collaborate using R or Python
- Experience with ATS like Greenhouse and selection vendors like CodeSignal is a plus
Responsibilities
- Apply IO psychology principles to design and maintain recruiting programs
