Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles, ideally in fintech or payments
- Proven ability to translate customer data into end-to-end marketing strategies with measurable outcomes
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across complex organizations
- Strong prioritization skills across multiple stakeholders and demands
- Highly analytical with strong communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Translate customer analytics into actionable marketing strategies driving acquisition, engagement, and long-term value
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy including positioning, segmentation, messaging, and measurement
- Develop repeatable frameworks improving execution, efficiency, and consistency
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Analytics
- Operate with agility, navigate ambiguity, and drive progress independently
