💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach at a [solidcore] studio, coaching 10 classes per week and developing a team of coaches. Your core impact is driving studio utilization, retention, and community outreach to build long-term partnerships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week as studio lead.
• Provide feedback and development to coaching team.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations.
• Lead outreach and community marketing efforts.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years group fitness experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office.
• Ability to lift/carry minimum 30 pounds.
