Description
Join Instacart's Critical Response team to help keep the platform secure. You will review and analyze inbound tickets related to interpersonal misconduct, triage cases, and take prompt action to maintain a safe environment for all users.
Requirements
- Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice
- Ability to adapt to dynamic operational environments
- Ability to manage challenging situations including inappropriate language or misconduct
- Strong resilience, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze inbound tickets related to interpersonal misconduct on the platform
- Triage tickets to appropriate teams for investigation and resolution
- Resolve customer and shopper account issues through timely responses
- Take prompt action on accounts including issuing bans and sending notices for violations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user-related issues
