💼 About This Role

You'll deliver new product capabilities across our platform, working from database models to UI components. You'll own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Design to solve problems for government agencies at scale. AI is central to your work, using tools like Claude Code and Cursor daily to accelerate output and build AI-powered product experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve APIs, microservices, and frontend experiences
• Own features end-to-end: define, build, ship, and monitor
• Build AI-powered product features and agent-driven workflows
• Use AI-assisted development tools as a core part of workflow

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building scalable software in agile environment
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React or similar)
• Experience building heavily utilized enterprise SaaS software
• Experience building AI-powered product features or using AI-assisted development tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working directly with customers
• Track record of experimenting with new AI tools
• Previous work in govtech, fintech, or regulated SaaS
