You'll lead a small SDR team in a high-performing Sales Development environment, acting as a player-coach. You'll drive outbound and inbound pipeline generation while coaching your team to improve performance and conversion rates. The role is remote and highly collaborative with Sales and Marketing.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs.
- Personally drive outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies.
- Monitor team performance through call reviews and pipeline analysis.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR exceeding quota.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other SDRs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze pipeline data and implement improvements.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Outreach.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
