💼 About This Role

You'll join the Airwallex Operations team during a critical expansion in Brazil, focusing on Bacen reserve management and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer transaction lifecycle and liquidity management. This role is based in São Paulo and requires a 9-6 PM shift.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor daily BRL operations and respond to outages
• Engage with internal teams and external parties (Bacen, regulators) for BRL operations
• Monitor global client transaction lifecycle and handle exceptions
• Monitor clearing and settlement of client funds and global money pools

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years experience in banking, fintech, or financial sectors
• 1+ years experience in Bacen-related operations
• Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese
