You'll lead a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives focused on winning net-new logos for Braze's Customer Journey Orchestration platform. Your impact will drive Braze's growth and bring new customers onto the platform. This role offers the chance to shape a high-growth sales team.

  • Lead and develop a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives
  • Build and lead outbound pipeline generation strategies
  • Coach reps to navigate competitive deals and accelerate sales
  • Engage directly in prospect-facing meetings to close deals

  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years managing Emerging Enterprise sales executives
  • Proven ability to recruit and develop top talent
  • Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
