You'll lead a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives focused on winning net-new logos for Braze's Customer Journey Orchestration platform. Your impact will drive Braze's growth and bring new customers onto the platform. This role offers the chance to shape a high-growth sales team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives
- Build and lead outbound pipeline generation strategies
- Coach reps to navigate competitive deals and accelerate sales
- Engage directly in prospect-facing meetings to close deals
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years managing Emerging Enterprise sales executives
- Proven ability to recruit and develop top talent
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
