You'll drive growth by building strategic partnerships with property owners and developers in office and multifamily spaces. You'll develop territory strategies and guide deals from prospecting to close in a fast-scaling digital media company.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets
- Build relationships with property groups and portfolio owners
- Manage a high-activity pipeline with strong conversion metrics
- Close long-term, multi-site agreements through consultative selling
๐ Requirements
- 3-6 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in quota attainment through high-activity prospecting
- Experience selling into property-related verticals
- Strong hunter mentality and independent deal-closing ability
