You'll ensure the reliability, scalability, and resilience of a global cloud connectivity platform. Your core impact is building automation and observability to reduce toil and improve system stability. You'll work with Kubernetes and AWS in a low-hierarchy, innovation-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve production reliability, scalability, and resilience across distributed systems.
• Design and maintain automation solutions to reduce operational toil.
• Participate in incident response and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Build and maintain observability systems for metrics, logs, and tracing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years administering Linux-based production systems in distributed environments.
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized infrastructure at scale.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python or Go for automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS strongly preferred; bare-metal exposure a plus.
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub).
• Database experience with Postgres, Cassandra, or ClickHouse.
