🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage recruitment process including reviewing applicants and sourcing
• Conduct initial recruiter phone interviews for inbound and sourced candidates
• Build and maintain pipelines and databases of qualified candidates
• Optimize job postings and candidate pipelines within Lever ATS

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and outreach campaigns
• Experience recruiting Finance/Accounting backgrounds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Lever or similar ATS
