💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches for a fast-growing digital banking platform. Your core impact is acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing speed, quality, and long-term hiring outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape leadership assessment quality through experimentation and data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior leadership roles (Director+)
  • Proactively source and engage executive talent through outbound outreach and market mapping
  • Partner with hiring managers on role definition, success profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Track funnel metrics, translate data into actions, and surface risks early

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth environments
  • End-to-end ownership of executive and senior-level searches
  • Experience sourcing, pitching, and closing senior talent
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

  • In-house and/or agency experience
  • Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Experience in financial technology or banking

📨 Hiring Process

30-min hiring manager screen, 45-min talent team interview, 60-min video call with Senior Manager TA, 45-min in-person values interview, then a take-home case and 60-min presentation to Talent Leadership.
