You'll connect property owners to the PadSplit platform, driving affordable housing growth through consultative B2B inside sales. You'll manage a sales pipeline from inbound and outbound leads, delivering tailored pitches to real estate investors.

  • Qualify prospects from inbound and outbound leads
  • Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling
  • Deliver tailored pitches demonstrating PadSplit's impact
  • Maintain accurate deal flow in Salesforce and SalesLoft

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in consultative B2B inside sales with proven quota attainment
  • Proficiency in phone, email, and text-based prospecting
  • Skilled in managing CRM data within Salesforce or similar
  • Strong ability to engage small to mid-market clients
