You'll connect property owners to the PadSplit platform, driving affordable housing growth through consultative B2B inside sales. You'll manage a sales pipeline from inbound and outbound leads, delivering tailored pitches to real estate investors.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Qualify prospects from inbound and outbound leads
- Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Deliver tailored pitches demonstrating PadSplit's impact
- Maintain accurate deal flow in Salesforce and SalesLoft
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in consultative B2B inside sales with proven quota attainment
- Proficiency in phone, email, and text-based prospecting
- Skilled in managing CRM data within Salesforce or similar
- Strong ability to engage small to mid-market clients
