💼 About This Role

You'll be the frontline of customer support for Motion's AI-powered work suite, a rapidly growing platform backed by YC and Sam Altman. You'll handle inquiries, escalate issues, and bridge customer feedback to product/engineering teams, directly shaping the product's evolution in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via support channels within SLAs
  • Use knowledge base to resolve common customer issues
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to prioritize satisfaction
  • Refine customer operations to improve support and retention

📋 Requirements

  • 2 years of customer support experience
  • Solid written and spoken English
  • Commitment to a 40-hour workweek starting at 6pm Irish Standard Time
  • Familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Zapier, G-Suite, JIRA, or Zendesk
