Description

As a Senior Brand Designer at Oscar Health, you'll lead the design of digital and physical campaigns, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, and help push the brand's visual language. You'll report to the Creative Director and own projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a similar role in-house or at recognized design studios.
• 6+ years experience on integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, broadcast, OOH, direct mail, collateral.
• 6+ years with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showing clean, modern aesthetic and passion for visual narratives.
• Animation or motion design strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead designer on expansive digital and physical campaigns across lines of business.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while adapting as needed.
• Partner with operations and production vendors to see work from ideation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and copywriters to craft compelling assets for target audiences.
• Present work and articulate the reasoning behind creative concepts and design choices.
