You'll execute debt and equity transactions and support corporate development initiatives for a leading Latin American digital bank. You will work directly with senior leadership and top-tier financial institutions. High exposure and responsibility from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support full lifecycle execution of debt and equity transactions
• Build and maintain integrated financial models
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A opportunities
• Prepare investor presentations and board materials

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, or Private Equity
• Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel)
• Experience working on live transactions
• English Advanced

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in M&A, ECM, DCM, or LevFin
• Background in corporate finance for financial institutions
• Experience with cross-border transactions
