You'll be the frontline for healthcare customers at Tandem Health, handling support tickets and calls. Your impact will ensure clinicians feel supported and successful with our platform. This role combines customer empathy with problem-solving skills in a fast-growing health-tech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle support tickets and incoming phone calls from customers
  • Triage and prioritize urgent workflow blockers
  • Lead onboarding and training logistics for new users
  • Create and improve support content like FAQs and guides

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, customer success, or service desk role
  • Fluent in Dutch and English with clear communication
  • Ability to handle high volumes of tickets and calls with empathy
  • Highly organized with documentation and follow-up skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting healthcare customers or clinicians
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tooling (Zendesk/Intercom/Freshdesk)
  • Basic technical troubleshooting experience
