  • Schedule, screen, and liaise with candidates
  • Manage expectations with candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate on hiring needs with stakeholders
  • Coordinate interview logistics including panels and travel
  • Monitor job postings across platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow established processes
