You'll work with the recruitment team and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, managing candidate pipelines and supporting smooth operations. Your core impact is helping build a high-performing organisation through a positive candidate experience. This role is based in our Melbourne office.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Schedule, screen, and liaise with candidates
- Manage expectations with candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate on hiring needs with stakeholders
- Coordinate interview logistics including panels and travel
- Monitor job postings across platforms
๐ Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow established processes
- Genuine passion for working with people
