🎯 What You'll Do

• Own forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across product lines
• Build and maintain financial models for product strategy and growth
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership
• Partner with Product and Engineering to evaluate growth drivers

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance in high-growth environments
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with ambiguous data environments and independent analysis
• Understanding of digital or subscription-based business models

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3
• Familiarity with Pigment or Google Workspace
• Exposure to capital allocation or M&A
