💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop culture driven brand. You'll drive sales and build lifelong customer relationships while helping run an operationally sound business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create buzz through promotion of new products and social media.
• Oversee shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise products and lift up to 50 pounds.
