You will lead Early Contractor Involvement on large-scale construction projects in the UAE/GCC, guiding projects from design through execution. You'll shape delivery strategy, manage risks, and align teams for profitable project delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Early Contractor Involvement across complex construction projects
• Engage with clients and design consultants in early development stages
• Translate design intent into execution strategy and sequencing
• Identify and manage technical, commercial, and planning risks

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 12–15+ years experience in large-scale construction projects
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
• Strong commercial awareness including tendering and bid strategy

• Experience in UAE or GCC markets
• Arabic language skills
