🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries across support channels meeting SLAs.
• Leverage knowledge base to resolve common queries efficiently.
• Identify and escalate technical issues for customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to refining customer operations and retention strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Solid written and spoken English.
• 2 years of customer support experience in varied environments.
• Commitment to a 40-hour workweek starting at 8pm EET.
• Familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, Stripe, Notion, etc.

• Degree from a top-tier institution.
• Experience with Zapier, JIRA, Zendesk.
