You'll lead SHx markets infrastructure expansion, managing relationships with institutional participants like market makers, brokers, and exchanges. Your core impact is growing liquidity for the SHx token ecosystem to support Stronghold's fintech mission. This role offers the chance to shape paradigm-shifting digital asset markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with global market makers, brokers, and exchanges
• Guide strategy for enterprise-grade infrastructure to attract SHx ecosystem participants
• Develop partnerships with OTC desks, custodians, and prime brokers
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership on market buildout

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in markets (FX or commodities)
• 5+ years of management experience
• 5+ years in business development or strategic partnerships
• Deep understanding of market structure and liquidity landscape
