You'll support positive school culture and student achievement at DREAM Charter Schools in the Bronx. You'll respond to students in crisis, monitor school-wide systems, and partner with families. This role offers up to 48 days off and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to students in crisis and provide de-escalation intervention
• Monitor class transitions, lunch, recess, and out-of-class students
• Facilitate community building and restorative circles
• Input school culture data into information systems

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree required
• Experience working with elementary students in a school-based environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience using responsive classroom or restorative practices strongly preferred
