💼 About This Role

You'll provide full-service commercial legal support for Dun & Bradstreet's business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, reporting to the Head of Corporate Legal Affairs. You'll partner with Sales to structure and negotiate customer agreements, manage cross-border deals, and support procurement. This role offers the chance to work on data innovation and global strategic initiatives in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide commercial legal support to D&B entities in DACH region.
• Negotiate and draft customer, vendor, and supplier agreements.
• Advise on cross-border commercial deals and contract management.
• Contribute to product development and compliance initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in law from a German or Swiss university.
• 3+ years of commercial legal experience.
• Fluent in German; advanced English.
• Solid knowledge of contract law and data protection regulations.
