🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide and support a team of Production Associates daily
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximize throughput
• Conduct root cause analysis using techniques like 5 Whys
• Champion 5S organization for a clean and efficient workspace

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing
• Experience scaling a production line in a high-growth environment
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S concepts
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
