Description

You will lead medium and high value clients through the onboarding process, conduct training on Mews POS, and consult hotels to improve system usage. This role requires fluency in German and English and a background in hospitality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Higher education preferably in Hotel Management or F&B Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company
  • Outgoing and ready to communicate across various countries and levels
  • Ability to take feedback and learn quickly

Responsibilities

  • Lead medium and high value clients and Enterprise Groups through onboarding
  • Conduct training courses on Mews POS for customers and employees
  • Liaise with customers via video conferencing and email
  • Develop and maintain training courses via webcast, video, or online classroom
  • Facilitate ad hoc training sessions during onboarding
