You'll execute sampling initiatives and manage a Brand Ambassador program to drive awareness and trial in the LA market. Your work will directly increase market share for the #1 kombucha brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and support Brand Ambassadors
• Execute high-impact sampling at retail activations and pop-ups
• Identify and lead local on-brand events
• Build relationships with retail partners for distribution and visibility

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related major
• 4+ years of job-related field marketing experience
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, ability to drive
• Willing to travel 40-60% locally including nights/weekends

• Experience in CPG food/beverage industry
• Proficiency with event tracking, reporting, or CRM tools
• Kombucha or raw food passion
